3 short test here. (none of these shots have the gimbal protector/bubble on ) First test: slow pan flare test Second test: some sort of artifact flashing on the ground. 50% speed. Third test: larger rotation of the flare test

3rd time at the Ridge Motorsports Park. I'm happy with the time since I could improve it if I stop chatting with the passenger and concentrate more ESPECIALLY on turn 11 lol. A quick and dirty test of my new equipment. This is shot with the new Canon 40mm F2.8 STM lens on a Canon 5d3 with Rode video mic. mic was relocated at the trunk and the sound is pretty close to what you can hear in person.

This exhaust is much louder than the Racing Beat power pulse exhaust that I had. I wish it still could be a little louder. I was planning on buying a test pipe anyway so that will probably do it. cruising video: ua-cam.com/video/7FxMxj0zQz0/v-deo.html

How did you mount the camera to have such a smooth shot? no vibrations whatsoever!
i think i mounted camera upside down on the rollbar with a c clamp. I don't quite remember cause it's 11 years ago haha
